Hey Everyone,

Staying organised really is the key to success. As I have gotten older, I have gotten much better at it by simply finding what methods work for me. Here are some of my tips to get you better at organisation.

Find Your Favourite Method Of Planning | Some people like writing down plans in their favourite agenda, other don't mind and do it virtually. Whatever it is, find the way that suits you best and stick with it. Because if you find the way that speaks to you most, creative or minimalist in style, you will be more inclined to plan. Find out what ways you remember things best and use that method to plan.

Create A System | Set up a system that works for you. Whether that be a list you can check off each task or some other way you remember things to tick off each task that is done. Creating a system you can stick to is so important when trying to stay organised, especially on your most busy days. You could maybe put your biggest task at the top of your list or the other way around. Just build a system so you can see where you are and slowly do one task by one so you know what you have left to do.

Set A Deadline | Setting yourself a time you will have each task near enough done by will keep your day running more smoothly, so you know where you are. Don't panic yourself into finishing things and rush them, of course. But giving yourself a time frame you wish to have things done by will help keep your day flowing well and on track of what is needing to be done, so that you have a time slot for getting everything done in the first place.

Build A Habit | It's easier to stick to habits the more we do them. When it comes to staying organised, you really need to find a method and stick with it. Whether that be stick a piece of paper on your wall with your list of things to do or sending an alert to your phone to remind you of that very list. Building a habit for doing things at certain times and remembering certain ways comes differently to all of us, so find the method that you know works with you best and do it everyday. Soon enough it will won't even be a thought to your mind and you will just do your tasks. Build a habit of remembrance that works best, for you.
